📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you within 1 hour to verify the order details and share the accurate shipping charges (shipping may vary based on location, packaging, and courier availability).

• Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on:

  • Painting size

  • Weight

  • Destination pin-code

  • Packaging requirements

• Shipping costs may increase or decrease due to environmental or logistic changes.

• Final shipping charges will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

🌍 Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

• South India: 3–6 business days

• Rest of India: 5–10 business days

• International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier restrictions.

📦 Packaging & Safety

• All Tanjore paintings are packed with:

  • Multi-layer bubble wrap

  • Foam corners

  • Thick corrugated boxes

• We ensure safe, damage-free delivery.

📮 Order Tracking

• Once shipped, a tracking link or AWB number will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

• You can track your shipment anytime through the courier website.

💡 Important Notes

• We do not ship to PO boxes.

• Customers are responsible for providing correct address and contact details.

• If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping charges will apply.
