At Krishna Tanjore Art Gallery, we are committed to delivering handcrafted Tanjore paintings with the highest level of care and quality. Because our artworks are delicate and made to order, we follow a strict but fair returns and refunds policy.

🔁 Returns

• Returns are accepted only in case of transit damage, defects, or incorrect items delivered.

• To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos AND a complete unboxing video as proof of damage or issue

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

🎥 Important: Unboxing Video Required

To process any damage-related claims, it is mandatory to record a full unboxing video showing:

• The unopened package

• Step-by-step unboxing

• Any visible damage or defects upon opening

Returns or refunds will not be accepted without this video proof.

💰 Refunds

• Once the return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are refundable only in the case of wrong or damaged items.

🔄 Replacements

• If eligible, we’ll offer a free replacement or repair depending on the availability and nature of the issue.

📬 Return Shipping

• If the return is approved, we will share shipping instructions.

• Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
